Managed Product development for kids’ line of six private brands products. Handled around 700+ new styles during every season. Collaborated with a cross functional team to define vision, concept and develop product design. Interacted with overseas manufacturers to work on costing based on MOQ, evaluation, guiding to deliver quality products. Managed and lead product development activities such as illustration, sketching, grading, fabrication, trim, construction, spec packs, style fits, quality control, pricing, etc. Managed and hires associates TD, trained and guided them for their success. Travelled overseas and working with factories on costing, quality and finding the correct product.
