Working with vendors on approving proto, Pre-line, PP and TOP samples of each product. Guided product photo shoots and the fits with models. Collaborated with the sales/support team on product review and feedback. Built PLM for TD design and quality area, Handled product comparative benchmarking, Defined product process documentation and Standards. Allocating product to correct vendors. Created Vendor Manual, labels, fit/style guide, blog and vlog posts. Travelled overseas and working with factories on costing, fit, quality and finding the correct product.
